Delivery within the Netherlands is free of charge, with packages up to 2kg, without Track and Trace.
Delivery within the Netherlands with Track and Trace is €7.70.
Western Europe (excluding Netherlands):
Delivery is charged at the standard rate of €7.00 up to 2kg. All orders sent to Western Europe will have a Track and Trace number. The number will be sent by e-mail once the order is shipped.
(Western Europe = Austria, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, UK and Ireland.)

The shipment may vary from 2 to 15 days. Bear in mind that every piece of clothing it is handmade and we may need a few days to finalized the item.
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return part or all of your order within 14 days of delivery.
We can only accept returns where the product arrives to us is its original condition. We recommend that when trying on your garment that you refrain from wearing heavily scented fragrances or make up that may leave a scent or mark.
Where your order has arrived back with us in good condition, we will refund your purchase within 30 working days of receipt of the return.
How to make a return
Please send us a short email to email@example.com explaining the reason for your return. We will then send you the address to which you must return the product.
You will need to pay the return postage yourself, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. When returning the product, please ensure that it is well wrapped. Please do not use the original package to return the product to us. A returns envelope will be enclosed with all deliveries. Please use this envelope if returning goods.
